Today, there was too much wind to effectively drift. Related Information. The bite was average in the early morning before the tide change. We managed to catch some fish, but it was very slow going. It was a bit windier today, putting an end to yesterday’s awesome drift. Thursday’s all day trip was the polar opposite of Wednesday.
